  These twerps can't deliver to a location 3 miles away, and if they did it would be over an hour and a half on a Wednesday evening? BS. Nobody likes Pizza Hut that much!

  I Have never placed a negative review like this before. I order from this Pizza Hut quite frequently. The food isn't bad. The service however is just flat out God awful. It took me 15 minutes to place an order with the kid at the counter. He had no clue what was going on. I was trying to use store credit for 35 dollars worth of cold food which had been delivered 20 minutes late the night before, boneless wings which had so little sauce some of them might as well have been plain. It's a real shame they are so difficult to deal with because the food isn't all that expensive and it's not bad.

  I have given Pizza hut several chances and 99% of the time there has been a mistake. Were I live they only deliver once an hour. I called at 4:10 for a 5:00 delivery. At 5:30 I called an wanted to know where my pizza was. The person on the phone was rude and also informed me that it was in the computer for 6:00. Nothing I could do about it because by the time they made it and got it to my house it would have been 6:00 anyway. They did not even offer a discount or even not to charge me for the $2.00 the drive does not even get.
  
  Never ago. I will either go to East of Chicago or pay double the price for Pizza King.
